In the fast-paced world of property damage claims, efficiency and accuracy are crucial for adjusters, insureds, and carriers. At Zap Consulting, we’ve fine-tuned our process to ensure faster claims resolution while maintaining exceptional service quality. Here's how it works:

Zap Consulting infographic showing six steps: submit assignment, schedule inspection, confirm appointment, onsite inspection, check-in, deliver report.

1. Submit Assignment

Start by submitting an assignment through our website, email, or phone. Once received, we promptly send an Acknowledgement Letter to the adjuster to confirm receipt. Submitting an assignment is easy. We just need a few key claim details to get the ball rolling. For a complete list of the info we need, check out our submission form at https://www.zap-consulting.com/electronics-assignment

2. Schedule Inspection

Within 24 business hours of assignment receipt, we reach out to the insured or point of contact to verify the claim details and schedule an onsite inspection. Our excellent and diligent scheduling team will work promptly to schedule a timely inspection to get the claim resolved quickly.

3. Appointment Confirmation

As soon as the appointment date and time are confirmed, the adjuster is notified via email with the details. We communicate pertinent assignment details throughout the process, ensuring our clients are kept up to date, every step of the way.

4. On-Site Inspection

Our expert technician conducts the onsite inspection, completing diagnostics, gathering key information, and capturing detailed photographs.

5. Post-Inspection Check-In

Following the inspection, the adjuster receives an update, confirming our team of expert in-house analysts is working diligently, compiling our inspection findings and generating the final report with the cause of loss determination, repair vs replacement recommendations, RCV/ACV recommended settlement amounts, and more.

6. Report Delivery

Finally, we deliver a comprehensive report to the adjuster. This includes the cause of loss determination, repair and replacement recommendations, ACV/RCV breakdowns, and high-quality photographs.

By simplifying the claims process and prioritizing communication, Zap Consulting helps adjusters close claims faster, leaving everyone satisfied.
